Free Ice Skating FAQ’s
When is your event taking place? Free Ice Skating is at Mytholmroyd Community Centre in the Jubilee Room on Tues 22nd, Weds 23rd & Thurs 24th Feb 2022 between 10am-5pm. Free Ice skating is also taking place at Hebden Bridge Town Hall in the Courtyard on Sat 26th & Sun 27th Feb 2022 between 10am-5pm. Time slots are available throughout these dates.
How many tickets can I buy? You can book up to 4 tickets per booking.
How do I book tickets? Tickets are available to book on our website by clicking here.
How will I get my tickets? Tickets will be emailed via PDF to the email address you provided when booking.
How do I validate my tickets? You can either print your tickets or show your tickets on your mobile phone at the ice rink to our team.
Do I need to bring my own ice skates? No, ice skates with be supplied complimentary during your time slot.
What size skates are available? Child’s size 9 are the smallest and adult size 13, the largest.
What type of ice skating rink is this? Our ice skating rink is a synthetic rink.
When should I arrive at the ice skating rink? Please arrive atleast 15 minutes before your booking.
I can no longer attend, what should I do? Please click cancel tickets on your booking email from eventbrite. You can also email info@lutvhx7.co.uk and let us know that you can no longer attend. This willl allow us release your tickets for others to book.
What happens if the event is cancelled? If our free ice skating events are cancelled you will be notified by email. Emails will be sent to the email address you supplied whilst booking.
Is parking available at your events? For our Mytholmroyd events you can park at Mytholmroyd Community Centre free of charge and at our Hebden Bridge events there is either paid on-street parking near to the Town Hall or the nearest pay and display car park is at Valley Road.
